Age Limit and Fee
Age is 18 to 37 years as on 25 November 2026. Relaxation: UR female, BC and EBC candidates get 3 years, and SC/ST candidates get 5 years, taking the upper limit to 40 and 42 years respectively for those categories. Note that the age is counted as on the last date itself, 25 November 2026.

Selection Process
Selection is not a single written test. It is a mix of academic score and experience (40 marks), a written examination (40 or 60 marks, depending on the post), and a skill or practical test (20 marks, wherever applicable), followed by document verification and a medical examination. The exam and skill test dates will be notified later, and admit cards will be issued before the exam.
